SMS4 and Neo2 Manager

I picked up an SMS4 and was able to get the drivers and Neo2 Manager working. I'm able to dump DS games, but it's not working with 3DS games, which I though it should work with. Anyone still using one of these? any help for 3DS games? 1/2 the links I find looking for info are dead

It was designed for dumping original DS games in mind as well as save files, it does not work with 3DS cartridges.
