Hacking Smea's server down?

Hello,
I've got a problem with my wii u today
I was unable to go on internet, I always get the 112 error code. to any page I go.
However, Nintendo's support says "try to create a new connection setting". So I did it. Worked. I was able to connect to internet. But then, I remembered "Oh I need to block nintendo's update". So I set up Tubehax DNS and then, during the connection test : FAILURE!!!
I read the tubehax setting tutorial, it is said to be run by Smea, and that the secondary dns will make your wii u fail to connect to internet in case it can't connect to the first dns (tubehax)

So, anyone else experienced this problem? Does that mean smea has trouble?

just set up and use openDNS thats what i did
