
First, that's exactly I am looking for, I don't know the name of that tools you talking about.First, i don't think is there an "universal SNES ROM extractor" for extract sprites, code, graphics, etc. There are several SNES tools for PC for look inside the ROM, but these are for specific games.
Second, this doesn't go to GBA forum, it MUST be on the Oldies/Retro thread.
