Hi guys. I would like to know how do I extract the files inside the SNES ROM with .smc file extension.
Basically I would like to have all the files inside the .smc file.

First, i don't think is there an "universal SNES ROM extractor" for extract sprites, code, graphics, etc. There are several SNES tools for PC for look inside the ROM, but these are for specific games.
Second, this doesn't go to GBA forum, it MUST be on the Oldies/Retro thread.

First, that's exactly I am looking for, I don't know the name of that tools you talking about.
Second, apologise for it, I thought that was the correct place to post it.

As i've told, each SNES game (or i think so) has its own fan-made tool for check (and also edit) the contents of its ROM file.
ROMhacking.net is your friend for look for these ;) http://www.romhacking.net/?page=utilities&platform=9
