Hacking SmashStack not working?

Okay, I'm sorry if this is your 4794797294794th time reading this, but I'm pretty sure I did all the steps for Smash Stack, but apparently when I try to load boot.elf from the vault, I just see the "NEW" box. No black screen with white letters, nothing.
I'm using the SD card that came with my launch 3DS

Is your sd.card 2gb or less? Smash stack doesnt work with.cards larger than 2gb...

It's a 2gb toshiba sd card

SD Cards can go bad, especially after that long. But seeing as you are able to still read/write the files from you PC, I doubt that's it. Try using another 2GB newer SD Card.

Ok, so I tried it on my cousins Wii, and it worked, but it didn't work for the Wii U I have?

It should, they haven't touched vWii in a while.

I couldn't get SmashStack working on my vWii either for some reason. Lego Batman worked fine though.

You haven't given us much to go on here. You know one part of the process that isn't working; now you need to eliminate ones that are.

• Are the Smash Stack files copied completely, and not corrupt?
• Can you copy regular stage files to/from the card from in-game?
• Do other games that use the SD card work with this one? The system menu?
• Etc.

I got it working, I tried again but this time I copied all the files in the hackmii folder into the root of my SD card with the "private" folder.

Now playing Smash Bros Melee and Paper Mario TTYD with Nintendont

I just got Smash Stack to work on my Wii U's vWii last night, with the latest Wii U firmware, so ymmv I guess?

Its more likely just a missed step or something. Bathaxx was just easier for me.
