I recently installed arm9loaderhax on an imported Japanese 3DS(old 2011 model) and installed a Smash Bros. cia. I managed to install and get a Smash US cia working on it, but I can't play online. When I go through the initial screens, I always get the measage, "You cannot play online without accepting the User Agrement" even if it looks like I did accept it(I word it that way because this section is in Japanese). Any workaround for this? Pokemon Y US works online.

Get "config.cia", go to Eula Setting, and change the Agree Version to ff.ff. That will get rid of any future EULA messages. We can't link to the CIA here though, since it's an SDK tool.
