SaltySD is not Homebrew. It's a plugin for Luma CFW. If you don't have CFW, might as well installing it.

Ah. You could get SaltySD code.bin by downloading Smash Selector and get the code.bin with no worries.

Well. It's just simply photoshop editing. It's weird that no one has made Mario and Luigi RPG Luigi.

Option 1:
Download Smash Selector, install it on your 3DS(use FBI), open the app, Download SaltySD(it's one of the options).

SaltySD is used as IPS patching now, and it is automatically included with Smash Selector 2.3. Smash Selector is currently not available with TitleDB, it used to host a horridly old build and we're having problems updating it.

It's impossible to port Smash Wii U mods to 3DS due to the 3DS limitation. Besides, smb123w64gb had made Melee Ganondorf. But he haven't released it. When will he released the mod? Nobody knows.
