Because what other fighter would you put her over? Her moveset most closely resembles that of Ryu + if/when SMB releases that animation tool he showed off for 3DS I'll use it to give her proper animations.

I thought about ZSS. Sure she's using whips and guns, but she got some fine kicks and booty.

Another question on extra character's CSPs, i have Luigi with 10 slots but neither of his extra CSPs show up. Any suggestions?

Ok so I extracted and decrypted Super Street Fighter 4 3DS edition but most/all of the files seem to be in .arc format is there any way to fix that?

what about over shiek I remember there was a chun li mod over shiek in the brawl days

I've had little too no luck with model importing (sucks because i already rendered up a render for csp so I'm pretty much locked into this now)
