where can I find texconv2 ?

whenever i run the DDS2PNG.bat i get

Every time I try to use the program, CMD gives me this error:

' "C:\Users\BlockBros\Desktop\TexEdit\Injecto\TextConv2" ' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Please help :/

Looks like you've abandoned this, but I wanted to mention extracting the .nut results in a corrupt .dss nothing can open or convert. I guess I'll look for alternatives.
