Hacking Slot-2 RAM/Rumble pack for "Phat" DS

I am new here and I have a question for you all.

I have searched on the fo5rums but didn't find the answer. I would like to know what Slot-2 pack would fit a 'Phat' DS that would have RAM/Rumble?

I have a R4 and who like also to know what would be compatible.
