Hacking Slot 1 on my DS Lite is broken

I just noticed today that some of the connector pins in my slot 1 are dented. Some are dented sideways, and some are pushed inward. Is there any way I can repair this. My M3 Real doesn't work at all because of this and my Cyclo doesn't work 25% of the time.

You can buy a new slot 1, however this requires quite a degree of skill and a fair bit of luck. Desolder all the pins with a solder sucker and then heat each pin and using a screwdriver from underneathbend the pin off the circuit board. One off putting the new one on is easy. you can buy new slots from ebay, as well as other stores (about £12)
