Gaming Slingo Supreme DSiWare bug/glitch

i have a total of 37 completed patterns. the unlocking requirement for medium patterns is 2 Patterns, and the requirement for unlocking hard patterns is 7 patterns, yet, neither will unlock. does anyone know about this? ive even tried the iphone version, and the patterns unlock on that version.

Did you ever figure out how to unlock the hard and medium slingo patterns? It is driving me nuts!
