Sleep schedule

So what time to you guys wake up and go to sleep?
I fall into the going to sleep between 12-3 and waking up between 10-12.

I'm pretty much the same as you. It depends when I have to get up, but normally I go to sleep between 12 and 3 and wake up between 10 and 12.

1-3, get up between 11-2, depends if I've got plans, school or work ect, then I sleep and get up earlier

go to bed at 4am and wake up at 1:30pm the next day, i know my sleep pattern is messed up, it doesn't help that i drink a lot of red bull or relentless too.

I usually go to bed 12-3 and wake up 8-10. Depends if I got some stuff to do or not.

When I have school : Sleep 11pm-12am
Wake 6am


On holidays : Sleep 3am-7am
Wake 2pm-5pm

when I don't go to school I got to sleep around 3:00 and wake up around 12:00 and when I go to school I sleep from 2:30 to 7:10
