No AFAIK, since it's a set of new textures, not some kind of DLC.
You don't understand my question. I din't mean DLC. I meant new content such as: new music added or new dungeon that weren't in the original game.

I was thinking of replacing the music, but almost all of the music files are funky midi's and are not easily manipulated. If someone would figure out how to replace/edit the music, then I would include it with the pack. However, this most likely will not be the case.

For example: TP Faron Woods for SS Faron Woods, Gerudo Desert for Lanayru Desert, Sky City for the Sky, etc

That would involve changing the game's code. He might, with difficulty, be able to replace a dungeon, but it would be near impossible.
