People are way too interested in the existence, or non existence for that matter, of a Skyward Sword ISO. Just wait for release!

Bastard! XD
Easy for him to say. He's got a copy of a Zelda game three Weeks ahead of everyone else lmao

Dathen doesn't have a press copy. How do I know this? I am the owner of zeldainformer.com. We wont be leaking the ISO in any manner. Dathen is located in Australia, and unfortunately, wasn't able to get Nintendo in australia to send him a copy.

ZeldaInformer is a US based site, so the copy we get is from the US. I know, because.... anyways. The stats previously posted from quantcast are wrong. Quantcast hasn't tracked our traffic in months. In October alone we got 698.456 unique hits, with about 1.6 million pageviews. I am not really sure if that is considered big or not, but we definitely earn every press copy we get. :P Just wanted to clear up the confusion. Nintendo isn't just sending copies to any site on the net.
If you are who you say you are... You should leak that iso. I'll visit your site every day.

Aroll, IF you do have a copy. Can u tell us if it's a dual layer disc or not?

I'm not asking for a file size or anything, I'd just like to know :)

I just thought of an indisputable way to prove you are indeed playing the game. Make a vid of you entering your forum username for the savegame file in Zelda and upload it for us to see.

Easy as that and it won't invade your privacy by showing you playing or even showing your face.

It should also be clarified I do not yet have a copy of Skyward Sword. According to our PR contact, Zelda Informer is listed in the second wave. First wave arrived yesterday. No idea when the second wave comes, but I would guess either end of the week or Monday next week. Other sites like GoNintendo and Zelda Dungeon should also be in the second wave with us, I would guess. We naturally didn't get first wave because of the zelda/nintendo nature of the site. Most of our fans are buying the game already. :P

But yeah, you all should visit us everyday anyways. When we do get a legit copy, the world will know. Unboxing video, pictures, tweeting progress, and possibly partially streamed bits of playthrough will all be arriving within 24 hours of the copy arriving.

Yeah, me too, Aroll ain't the only ZI staff member who visits other sites on the internet.
Oh. I didn't realize that. Well I do enjoy your guy's site. I love the Bombers articles.

Haha. Sorry chap.I know a lot of people are looking for the ISO, but I simply can't be leaking such things. Outside of the jail-time I could face (because here I am talking about it, so it's a lot easier to trace it to me), there are hefty fines, let alone the fact that it's of no real benefit to ZI's integrity and public standing with Nintendo. We like getting press copies. We want to keep getting them :P This would be our... 4th press copy? Spirit Tracks was the first, then Epic Mickey, then Ocarina of Time 3D... now SKyward Sword. :P I admit, I feel a bit evil getting things before the rest.
I understand. Its your job and livelihood. It's cool that Nintendo reaches out to fan sites of all sizes! :)

ZeldaInformer is cool, I follow them on twi, lots of cool articles I've read over the past months leading to were we are. thanks for you insights bro!

Well, it's not my livlihood... yet. Though with the money made in October (which wont arrive to our pockets until feb), it's arguable that if we keep up the trending a few of us at ZI may be doing it as our livlihood soon enough. Of course when that happens, we can't really be considered a fan site anymore. That could be great or bad. I am leaning towards great. :P

Part of it also depends on how many Zelda games come out. I'm sure when there is no Zelda news all fan sites traffic goes down. :/ But hey if you're ever looking for staff members I have journalism background! :)

You know what would make the wait infinitely more bearable, if Nintendo would release a demo to the Wii shop. I honestly don't understand why they refuse to put up demos, both Sony and MS do and for good games it only helps sales. The only reason not to distribute a demo is if you think your game sucks.

I'll tell ya what. Send me the game by uploading it to my private dropbox and I'll make a demo for everyone *wink* *wink*

Very unlikely for the WiiShop thanks to Nintendo's WiiWare limited size policy.
