I've received help from the nx discord channel. Apparently with the ccc file you need to have all bsas unpacked and packaged together into 1 bsa that's named the same as the espso im not put any mod into ccc file, and stay with ini from now. I've grabbed SSE pc mods from the nexus and converted them using the toolkit. The only other place I even know of that hosts skyrim mods is an adult oriented site and I wouldn't even know if those mods workany recommendation web download beside nexus ? for nintendo switch ?
Fallout 4 has a 2GB limit on mods, Skyrim has 5GB on Xbox. Pretty sure PS is the one with the 1 or 2 GB limit and those also are required to use vanilla assets onlyAs said in the rentry tutorial, if you list "YOURMOD.esp" in your ccc file (or esm/esl), then both "YOURMOD.bsa" and "YOURMOD - Textures.bsa" will be automatically loaded by the console without need to list them in any ini file (just like on PC, indeed). If it doesnt work then your bsa archives are probably defective for various possible reasons.
However, if you have any bsa archive named "YOURMOD - ANY OTHER THING.bsa" then it won't be loaded automatically and will still require being listed in your ini file.
That's why the general good practice is to pack only 1 "YOURMOD.bsa" whole and only archive with everything embedded in it, and (even more important) absolutely NO compression parameter.
You should also keep in mind that BIG bsa archives (IDK what is the exact limit) will drastically increase your loading time, and even fail to load. That's probably why on XBox series there's a mentioned 1gb (maybe 2gb now) limit EXPLICITLY mentioned. On switch, we don't know where is the exact limit as it's just supposed to not being possible/supported at all...

Sorry sir, can I ask for a file?skyrim_aoc.ccc The original one.I mean the ones that still have anniversary content in them ,Can I get it from you?I don't have a switch console and I played it on Yuzu.So it's hard to get that fileIt looks correct. AFAIR, on the latest Switch update there is no warning telling you that using mods can cause problems/instabilities like on PC or Xbox, because it is supposed to be unavailable...
Your ccc file should contain ONLY your active mods list. Here's mine.
You can notice that I chose to keep only the 4 free CC content (I deleted all 68 others) and that there is no '*' character anymore before each listed plugin.

Use the DBI tool. Mount as MTP drive and copy the files you need.Hello everyone, I wanted to ask here if anyone has the files that the Rentry guide refers to at the game file extraction step. The link seems to lead to an empty google drive folder now so I wanted to ask here if anyone has the appropriate files. I am on firmware 17.0.0 if that matters and have it on anniversary edition. Any help would be heavily appreciated!
Bro i found a solution, the game told that all dlc are installed but thats not the case, so i delete the anniversary upgrade and enter the game now in the first time the sur vive mode appears and others 4 mods, well the thing i did next wast to go to the tinfoil app and download the anniversary dlc from there, and then it worked, i got in the game and search the letter to star the mission about the Skyrim pets and it appears now, so i know that all the dlc must be actívate as well, i need to check but it was a good advance because the mission and the survavility mode diddnt appear the first time until i do all i said, so good luckHello everyone, I wanted to ask here if anyone has the files that the Rentry guide refers to at the game file extraction step. String files only: no. The 'loose files' handling system working flawlessly on PC just doesn't work on switch/atmosphere.Is there any way to install a translate to anniversary edition using .strings files?
i want to convert a skyrim pc translation mod to switch, but i have no idea on how to do this.String files only: no. The 'loose files' handling system working flawlessly on PC just doesn't work on switch/atmosphere.
But it's possible to use a custom string files set, properly packed in a bsa archive and paired with a dummy esp that is properly referenced and activated in the appropriate *.ini or *.ccc file.
But there are specificities worth to be mentioned depending on what you exactly have in mind. May you elaborate?
I'm a bit confused by your explanations (maybe language barrier at work).i want to convert a skyrim pc translation mod to switch, but i have no idea on how to do this.

this translation right here specifically contains string files that should work on switch, but only the base game + dlcs are propperly translated when i try to install this mod on switch.
i'm attaching my atmosphere/contents/01000A10041EA000 folder, in case you want to give a look.
as mentioned above the translation works only on base game + dlcs which is strange
If you need any more information, just let me know.
thanks for the reply and sorry for my bad english
thx for the help bro, i managed to translate it properly now by joining the discord server and i found a very helpfull guide on how to install modsI'm a bit confused by your explanations (maybe language barrier at work).
I don't have enough spare time to explain further, but you may ask for help on the discord app: there are people that may help you.
- The mod you are pointing has explicitly no other purpose than translating only the base game and its DLC in brazilian... Any other mod installed over will not be translated by magic... Am I missing something?
- The mod you are pointing is a brazilian translation for the PC game, not for switch. The specificities I was thinking about may be at work here: strings have a different architecture on switch and cannot be used 'out of the box' if they were generated for PC. However, translating the game on switch is possible by using this PC mod as a dictionnary and with widely known translation tools from the Skyrim modding scene.
- Your atmosphere override installation shows that you installed this mod as 'loose files'. Just as I said in my previous comment, this should not work on switch. You should pack these resource in a bsa archive and pair it with a dummy esp that you have to activate accordingly to the rentry guide.
Olá amigo, tudo bem ? Sou brasileiro e vi que vc conseguiu traduzir a versão de aniversário para switch de skyrim. E isso mesmo ? Se sim, se importaria de compartilhar?
