It runs on the latest ofw 10.5 for call colors and only orange has AP check fixed.

As far as the best IMOP no flash card will ever compare to CFW but it is a very useful card

It is the only 3DS-mode flashcart to run on 10.5. But there are much better ways to spend your money. If you are on 9.2 or less you can use CFW for free and play a lot more games than you can play with Sky (eg all eShop-only games). If you are on 9.3-10.3 you can downgrade to 9.2 and then enjoy free CFW. If you are on 10.4-10.5 you can use a hardmod to downgrade an essential part of your system to 10.3, then downgrade to 9.2. If you are not good at soldering you can pay someone to do the hardmod and it will still cost less than a Sky3DS. A Sky3DS is only for those with more money than sense who don't want to play any eShop-only games.

Edit: A Sky3DS can also be for people that want to tinker with systems and need several different games, for instance different regions of CubicNinja and OoT, and a single Sky3DS would cost less than all these games together. But it isn't good value for the average user.
