Anyways I have tested the SKY3DS+ and I'm giving it away.

There's already been a professional review of this done a few months ago. Why give it away? Go sell it on eBay, people on there would love to have it

Well if you're serious about giving it away contact me. I will be needing one to dump OTP on the n3DS I'm getting soon. Heck I'll send it back to you afterwords if you want. I'll probably not use it after that.

(although I may want to test verious repacks of DevMenu I've been attempting to get work on Sky3DS. But I have to outsource testing to others. In theory it would work in CFW. You just have to retail encrypt the roms first. )
