Hacking sky3ds save problem

Hi guys. I have lost my MH4u save and cant get it back. I have a sky3ds blue button and yesterday i did the last update then MH4u asked for an update too that i did. Then when i launched the game my save was gone!!!
I cant understand why?
Has this happened to someone else?
