Homebrew sky3ds and region locking

So ive got my 3ds, updated to latest firmware with ninjhax and the homebrew app installed,
to get into the homebrew app i need to run cubic ninja
this is all good but then when i click play region locked games and change the game in the sky3ds (by using hte orgnge buttons) it says theres no game cartridge installed.
my sky3ds works with games that work in my region but not out of region games.
any help owuld be apreciated

Try changing the game before starting the region free app.
