When I try skin maker it say "Command line: Makeskin.exe Skinfilename.skn SourceFilepath See attached batch file."
I klik ok and nothing happen?

Are you trying to make a Moonshell skin?

If so you can't run Makeskin.exe directly for english run 'makeskin_default_forGlobalLanguages.bat' instead.
