PS1/2 Siren 2 PAL to NTSC issue

Hello, I was wondering if someone could tell me the settings to put for the y-axis when patching Forbidden Siren 2 to NTSC? I cannot seem to get it right. Any kind of help would be appreciated.

Edit: I was able to patch it, but the scaling is very off. Doesn't show all of the screen.

Even if you patch it, you won't be able to play it, as videos will hang. The best solution is to get a multinorm TV or a very messy workaround I found lol.
