Simpson's Hit & Run.
This game gave me some issues. several uninstalls & reinjections would leave me with this question mark (see snip)
eventually I find that something with the ampersand and potentially the apostrophe in "Simpson's Hit & Run" is the issue
Solution - Renamed the file to Game.iso
^ only this was not enough, I still got the Question mark
Final Solution - Renamed the packaged title to game as well.(see snip) and that fixed it.
Hopefully this helps someone. took me some hours & found little online.

My work here is done.
could you help me with my other post? it won't let me link it.

The problem is the "&" letter, I modified the title name via FTPiiU and it worked in the past
Thanks Crazy squid! Any chance you could view my profile and see my other post about a memory card issue?

I saw it, but I don't have experience with that game, you will have to try if your SD has 32k cluster, if it has enough free space, if the ISO is trimmed or is a clean one, if the game works in plain Nintendont, if it works using default settings, etc.

If still it doesn't work, then you can fill an issue on github and see if the devs can fix it
