Hacking Simple question, FAT32 HDD manager

So what I'm getting from WBFS manager is that your drive has to be WBFS formatted.

But I play Gamecube games on mine which doesn't support the WBFS format. Is there a program that can use FAT32 and manage games.

Or is there a program that can convert wii games so I can just copy them to my WBFS folder?
