Cubic NInja is the best hax there is from smealum except its price, so far it works upto even 10.4. Yes you need hax 2.x to run these sysupdater.

luckly when he hinted at the price on twitter i grabbed cubic ninja but now when using sysupdater is gives me a cia error so i copyed the cias again. random question but are there any cfws that can run out of region cias without being oatched? thought rxtools could do this

Just saying, not suggesting or making staement, since <10.2 getting all kinds of issue downgrading, people have been update to 10.3 before downgrading. Use the sysupdater made by @julian20 on page 91 or page 95 (whichever has better boot rate for you)

Seems to be the case, that's why recently people updating to 10.3 first before going down to 9.2. So far very positive news. I heard 100% success rate so far that way. Not sure whether I missed failed case, so i am not making suggestion or statement. Make your own call.

These sysupdater is not official so random boot rate. Keep retrying. Some people reported taking up to 20 tries!

Why not reinstall Cubic Ninja hax 2.5 for 10.3 and use that instead? No need for homemenuhax if you have other reliable hax

Yes official one is only good for 9.2 or lower and requires CFW.

For updating to 10.3 and downgrade to 9.2, @julian20 builds on page 91 or page 95 are the ones to be used.

had to boot it more than 3 times but downgrade finally seemes to work. now to get it to autoboot into rxtools with region free for monster hunter x

i can confirm pink o3dsxl from 9.9browserhaxblocked>10.3 via sysupdater>9.2

Congratulations. So far my recall is 100% success rate going from 10.3 to 9.2 using @julian20 sysupdater on page 91 or 9.5 for both O3DS and N3DS.

i cna boot into rxtools but i get no emunand installed. can i just use the gateway launcher to get emunand going?

I mean't that you downgraded your 3ds and if it was bricked then your done for.
