So after full bricking my O3DS ON 10.3U i decided to give it another go on my N3DS on 10.1U and this time i succeed to downgrade on my 1st try. I used julian20 sysupdater on page 95 on this thread and i used ninjahax to start homebrew then i installed homemunehax. Then i rebooted holding L to boot into homemenuhax i then open ftp pony and pressed B to closed it the lauched sysupdater and click Y to downgrade. After about 2min it finish and rebooted to a black screen all i did was remove sd card and rebooted to 9.2

2.Used CIA's for N3DS US 9.2.0-20U Full
2.Launched Ninjahax
3.Installed homemenuhax
4.Rebooted Holding L to launch homemenuhax
5.Open ftp pony then pressed B to go out
6.Launched sysupdater and pressed Y to downgrade (AFTER about 2-3 min it rebooted to black screen)
7.Removed sd card and rebooted system to 9.2U

I'd recommend you don't send it to Nintendo, and you especially shouldn't act dumb about it. Believe me, they'll know. When my Wii U stopped working back in 2013 and I sent it in, they detected I had Homebrew Channel installed and removed EVERYTHING.

Just told them it didn't work and the're setting up a repair. I backed up my SD card before doing this so I can't really lose that much (unless they ban my nnid, but even then, not really that much)

If I'm on a 9.9.0-26E N3ds (non XL), what is the best/safest way to downgrade? Also, how can I check which version of Menuhax I'm running? Should I update to 10.3 and then downgrade to 9.2, or just downgrade from 9.9.0-26 to 9.2? Just trying to eliminate as many variables to avoid screwing up.

So if it errors out mid-install and I boot my system up and black screen, recovery mode doesn't work, removing sd card doesn't work. I have warrenty on it so I could act like it wasn't my fault and send it back. Or is there something else I could do. It was the latest firmware.

If you had a hardmod, you could have restored nand. But in this case it might be best to return it and act like it just stopped working xD

Anyone get the problem after downloading you can't access the game that where downloaded off the eshop when loading the game it stays on the 3ds loading screen anyone know how to fix?

Yes and yes
Browserhax works on 9.2 so use that as an entry point

I'm actually doing that right now. Made an SD backup so no issues there.

For what it's worth Newegg has a GSkill 32GB with a coupon for $8.50 or so w/ shipping. I just ordered 3.

Actually I may have had a brainfart moment, you didn't need to format, simply changing theme would've worked
