OK, FINALLY DOWNGRADED.

Fresh O3DS 10.3 > 9.2

But i need to advice some things:
1- I used BrowserHax > Homebrew Launcher > sysUpdater (with 9.2 cias)
2- First tries we failed because the error: Can't force threads in core 1
----We advanced from this point using a 3ds game and exit before doing the browserhax and quit the 3ds cartridge (maybe for that OOT and ironhax works)
3- After that many panics and some 8th step freezes finally give us the menu.

DO IT WITH YOUR OWN RISK!!!

This one installs first SAFEMODE, then normal firmware. So if it fails at the SAFEMODE downgrade, you can easily retry it. If it fails at the normal firmware downgrade, you should be able to update with SAFEMODE.

Welp, really nobody? I tried out to remove all homebrew files and got the ones for 9.2, and its still not working, blackscreen all day everyday.

O3DS from 10.3 => 9.2 suceeded, Region Free Launcher and HANS wont work, no matter what I do. Shite, I just wanted to get access to play online (MHX needs the 1.1 patch). If nobody knows a solution, can someone give me instruction to reset my O3ds to 10.3? I back upped all data.

After downgrading to 9.2, should I run browserhax and use it to install another entry method right away? (menuhax/oothax). I already have the 2.5 starter pack in my SD from when I was in 9.9, do I need to change it?
