Just wondering, Is this confirmed working on a new 3ds?

Bricked similar to what PF2M described in his earlier post:

Was about 4 CIAs into installation and then interrupted by a black error screen in the regular 3DS font saying that an error has occurred and that I need to restart.

I am unable to enter Recovery Mode. Tried with and without SD card inserted.

I am on N3DSXL running 9.9 with MenuHax.

Has anyone who hasn't used MenuHax experienced a brick?

Same issue! Mine was an O3DS 10.3 though.

Well, don't know if my console is trying to protect me or not, but it is impossible for me to launch the downgrade, it comes back and forth between step 5 and 7, got one time the options, but no result when pressing Y

After downgrading, I noticed ironfall no longer loads (stuck at first screen) and menuhax stopped working. I assume this is normal, so will read up on this when I have more time.

I downgraded but now I can't install RXTools. I made a backup of my nand, and set everything up like my other 3DS (a long time ago) but now when I try to boot RXTools I get, "error Failed to load NATIVE_FIRM: 4 Reboot RXTools and try again"
I really hope I just overlooked a step and didn't accidentally use the wrong version of sysupdater.

After downgrading, I noticed ironfall no longer loads (stuck at first screen) and menuhax stopped working. I assume this is normal, so will read up on this when I have more time.

Yes it's normal. Ironfall only works on fw 9.5+.

Did you use menuhax if you used that try to boot holding buttons....

If it dont work try entering recovery.

Yep, its normal! Just use browserhax to update the payloads for those hax to the appropriate firmware.

EDIT: Oh, and Ironfall doesnt work on <9.5 FW

Firstly, can someone confirm that you need to have 102 CIAs to downgrade to 9.2.0-20 on the n3DS? Secondly, what do I do after I downgrade since my only access points I use are Menuhax and Ironhax?

I have a cartridge version of Smash Bros, would I be able to use Smashbroshax?

I can confirm. There are only 130 files in Europe I think.

someone help me Sysupdate crashes every time on my od3dsxl am using menuhax. Anyone know if you need to extract the 9.2.0-20U folder (Full) I tried with it extracted for updates in the Date Cards sd root more when I start Sysupdate application always freezes anyone who can help
