For some reason after the downgrade I cant use the R button, anyone else having issues with this?

Issue: I downgraded, but my 3DS screen is completely black upon reboot!
Solution: Try removing the SD card, or you can reboot into recovery mode. To do this, hold A+R+L+Up as your 3DS turns on.

When I try to update via recovery I get an error and the system turns off.

welp, cant even get into sysUpdate cause im stuck at #5 on exploit, unless its supposed to take a while to do. Does it require a decent amount of space on SD card becuase with the .cia files the SD card may be near full.

Just re posted my mistake in that thread. Don't know why my screen doesn't even turn on didn't know it could brick that hard.

Lucky ducky. Mine won't do so. Still tells me there was an error and to reboot. Without SD card: error. With SD card: black screen. It rebooted on its own just fine when it was done downgrading, but got black screen.

I want to downgrade my OLD3DS XL on 10.3.0-28E but i don't want to brick my 3DS is this the correct amount of files needed for the downgrade to 9.2.0-20E
the amount of files are 130 the ones i got from that iso site.

I recorded a video downgrading my console... but it's shaky and has no audio.. Would this help anyone? if so i'll upload it to youtube just let me know.. It's basically a continuous shot from hbmu into the sysupdater app that entire process and then going into sysmenu to confirm the firmware version.

Anyone get past the glitched red text part? On an O3DS using themehax, latest firmware, gets all the way through anything but once the "IMPORTANT: DO NOT..." blah blah line happens I can no longer use buttons to even start the downgrade or exit the app.

I haven't bothered to try downgrading yet, but the number of CIA files in "9.2.0-20U(Full)_n3DS.zip" from that iso site is 102 for me.

you need be sure download a old3ds cias if use a N3ds cias your 3ds is dead

guys don't hard reset if it is stuck in getting cia file informations for o3ds you could lose the system settings

Ok, successfully downgraded my console...now what? I've read everywhere that you can't set up CFW yet and install non legit cias.
