Have you been able to successfully downgrade your 3DS/2DS?

Does formatting the 3DS make all save data on my SD card invalid once I reinstall games? Or am I able to reconnect my NNID after reformatting and all the save data on the SD card will be restorable?

On that iso site look under the CIA Updates and look for the thread titled [MEGA] [CIA/BIN] MSET 4.X & 6.X backups, Browser backups, Update packs (All Regions)

Like did it keep saying OK next to it and stuff? If you're using MenuHax, take your SD Card out and check i you're downgraded already somehow.

Reboot after 5 minutes, dunno why it happens.
All the CIAs used to load and freeze up at the boot in 10 secodn screen, it soft bricked here several times now I don't even get that.

still 10.3

So I rebooted and tried to launch it a second time. Both screens are black. Can you tell be what are just normal "fails" and what a brick fail might look like?

They won't work.

BUT I'm wondering if you can use the homebrew save data manager to backup all of your saves and then import them once you download your games again. Can anyone confirm that this works?

For all the menuhax installers.

After you downgrade. You must do everything again.

So browserhax again and then menuhax for v9.2.
Format your SD card and start downloading the appropriate files.

I tried to install it, and it all went through, but when I hold L, nothing happens on any reboot or start up.

I don't know to be honest, I would see if anyone knows anything else.

It happens as well, I just can't get lucky and downgrade too, its starting to irritate me.

So, hey, I'm newbie at this. Used homemenuhax to downgrade (o3ds 10.2 to 9.2), and apparently it's ok (old menu) but i can't enter my configs, it just stays on the loading screen with the 3ds logo forever until I reboot it. Does anyone knows how to fix this?

Is it still better to open 3ds-ftd and close before trying or is that fixed now?

sysUpdater's various versions are blackscreening when I choose them from Homebrew Launcher.

New 3DS non-XL, 10.1.0-29U, Ninjhax 2.5.

I think it broke, leave it for 5-10 mins and reboot??? If it doesnt start take out your SD Card and if THAT doesn't work, try going into recovery mode and updating and downgrading again.
so download both? 4.X & 6.X
