Hacking Signed Downgrader ?

So i think everybody knows that you can sign homebrew on the psp.
But what about a downgrader is that possible

it's semi possible.
but first someone would have to build a reliable downgrader, with a built-in kernel exploit to gain kernel access(which unlike with a HEN isn't granted with current signing methods!)

The problem is not the downgrading program being signed... I mean we can run them through HEN and such.

The problem is a lot more complex.
