Signature Scroll Bar?

So I ran a quick test right now, and can currently confirm that:
GBAtemp V3: Signatures that exceed the dimensions limit do not cause a scrollbar to appear, hence the inability to see the complete signature.
GBAtemp Lite: Scrollbar appears, no biggy. But the bar at the bottom for the width partially covers the signature so, if you're not scrolling, V3 skin shows more.
GBAtemp Classic: Same as lite.

Why don't we add a nice scrollbar to V3, considering >50% of tempers use that skin?

The following image is an example to help you understand the maximum size of a signature. You may go under and but NOT over the 500x150 pixel guideline. No exceptions.

If you see scroll bars in a signature space, that signature is over the maximum dimension limit.

I read the rules, but I thought the punishment is a scroll bar. I didn't know it wasn't allowed

Ah well, I guess I'll have to remove that beautiful picture I have under my dragon.

But I still think we should have a scrollbar on the V3 skin.

A scrollbar would make people think that they're allowed to go over that, and we would start seeing LOTS of people having extremely long sigs, filled with images, animations and whatever they think that would be cool to have in a sig

Perhaps put some limit for how many characters you can type in the signature box, or maybe remove scrollbars from all the skins?
