You CAN with the DSiWare method but it requires another 3DS running CFW already, and long since gone DSiWare. Granted you can inject a hax save into many compatible games to make it work, but you still need another 3DS that's already hacked; and an injectible DSiWare title you bought legit.

Or it can be installed with a Hardmod. Only options on OFW 11.4.
Already purchased a legit copy of Legends of Exidia on my N3DS, but it's currently not on there. Can I just download it again, and save it for later?

If you bought it on the same console, with the same NNID you should be able to redownload even pulled games from the eShop as long as the legit ticket remains.

So where is Luma updater v2.0 that I've seen people with? I still have v1.4.2 and when I load it up it says I'm still using arm9loaderhax.bin for the payload type but I've updated to B9S and deleted everything A9LH already(even on CTRNAND). So now I'm confused.

Why should we choose Boot9strap over A9LH? What makes it better and why should I install it over A9LH? I'm just looking for a short and simple answer. Thank you.

A9LH is/will be discontinued now that Sighax is released. Most developers will drop A9LH support in favor of Sighax, like Luma already has. If you want to stay up-to-date, you should install it.

Because there's people that don't want to install a9lh nor b9s.
You've missed general point from my post:
You know, no one forces you to update Luma. Old versions will still work. Outdated menuhax/A9LH = outdated Luma. I think it's fair.

If you don't want to update it's your problem. You face the consequences and limitations.

Oh. I read that. I knew that part. Sorry. I guess I'm asking more about what makes Boot9strap better than A9LH for those that already have A9LH installed.
