Gaming SHould I PAL or NOt? Questions from front

Alot of PAL games coming out lately, and Im hearing conflicting stories on if we should be using them or not so can someone in the know answer.

I understand PAL games have PAL updates on them and they could brick or mess up things on the NTSC Wii's

But if your updated to the newest Wii update from an NTSC game or online do you still run the risk of messing up your Wii?

Im using the WiiNinja Deluxe and have not experienced a problem so far, but the only PAL game I know about is Strikers which was released as NTSC but its really a PAL conversion..

Whats the word on this, should we steer away from PAL games in NTSC?

Well if you're upto date you should be fine. Also there's the Wii Brick Blocker which apparently removes any update in a game, so that might be worth checking out.
