Hardware Shorted caps near PI3USB

Hi guys, please help.
My switch wouldn't turn on and i noticed a short in the cap on pin 6 of the M92T36.
So i checked the caps around the PI3USB. All of them are shorted (see picture). I removed the PI3USB. No difference.
What can i do next? Any ideas?
