Hacking Short question

Hi, can you transfer all your games from a 3DS and then transfer them back to the other 3DS.

I explain why I want this, I want to buy the ambassador games from a friend, he has his 3DS and I have mine, so I thought I could pay him 50 bucks to make a system transfer to his sistem (so my games and his games would be in his console) and then transfer them over my console (so every game would be in my console) he doesn't have any digital game so the only thing I would get is the ambassador games. Can this be done?

It *should*, but it will use 2 of your 5 system transfers on each 3DS

I did this, and yes it works. I only have 3 transfers left after doing it.
