The account I used to edit chunks did get, in fact, banned. It just came later (maybe because I have more than one console?)
I do not think it’s temporary.

I actually got ban today but I didn't use shiverbot. I'm just trying to get my save data back. But edizon wont work. Is it the BCat? how do I get my save back?

These were the things I did since I started on Oct 14. I started cautiously but got careless after a while.

• bet several times on the gacha machine (less than 300k coins per day). I only bet to save and update the game data since I don't care for the rewards
• boosted star power for each gear in the shop (less than 1 mil per day, depending on the daily stock)
• incremented all gear chunks by 10-30 at a time, but didn't let it go over 100. There were times where the auto-refresh messed up the input and I changed the quantity from 60 chunks to 760 chunks by accident

That's a baby ban. You can make a new account. btw

I use created cheats to get Shells, became Eggecutuve VP in Salmon run on day 1 release. Made myself level 240. Made all my ability chunks 999. max the category level. Cheated in splatfest had 9999999999 clout and was a ruler +64. beaten story mode without any gear or trying any levels except the last one lol. there's more but yeah. I went crazy but I just want my save data back :C I'm actually good at the game. I want my clothes back etc. I kept outbuying the shops to have all outfits

Impressive that you did all that and lasted till now. I mostly want to create a new account simply for salmon run, since I still wana play big-run, which is probably the only thing I was even 1% excited for. (aside from the DLC). I did most things legitimately, just not money and table-turf. Didn't have the time and wanted to be cool as I was actually grinding my catalogue properly. But with the state of the game I've been finding struggles with keeping myself motivated, which devolved myself into playing mostly salmon runs. It was fun, had bullshit I could deal with, and rewarded me somewhat. Even randoms where more barable than turfwar randoms. Going to miss it... since I dont feel like paying for NSO. I was going to stop when my current family plan runs out and I get removed from it anyways.

How did you create a new account, you need to make a new NSO account, but did you buy the online or used the 7 day free.

I take that back. it's not a baby ban. Usually Nintendo doesn't account ban until your 2nd ban. Usually they ban your console but you can get your account back on another switch. then the 2nd time they account ban you. third step they ban your console and account of all games. I know this cause I have multiple switches and been ban so many times. mainly on smash bros.

Since you need to use homebrew? Yes it's indeed flagged if you used this tool.

Welp, edited money, chunks and food tickets and got banned too. Anyways, I got my fair amount of fun with the game while it lasted, so Im content... there are way too many games to play to really care that much (Overwatch 2, Bayonetta 3, Pokemon Unite, Marvel Snap, Mario+Rabbids 2, Persona 5, Pokemon Scarlet/Violet, etc, etc...)

Code 2124-5114 (I guess you got that too) is only for a specific software (only Splatoon 3) in that account. Apparently you can create another Nintendo account and play again from zero, someone should give it a try and let us know if it works.

You can at the moment, I've already done it. Works for now, though some have raised the possibility that the ban could be escalated later.

Oh, you mean Nintendo could consider the creation of a new account to play, like a "ban evade" and then punish you giving you a full console ban? Hmmm... I guess we can only wait and see what happens
