CHEAT SAVES

These are the built in cheats, to use them you need to locate your save directory and replace your kexengine.cfg file with the one you wish to use thats included in the download file.

Inside your save directory you will see a folder named save, do not place it inside this folder, it goes outside of this folder.

If you have difficulty locating your save directory, you can use an app called checkpoint to create a backup of your save.

backup saves will be placed inside your switch/checkpoint directory.

Either put your sd card into your computer or download an ftp app and ftp it over.

Then restore your save file for the cheat file to take affect.

Your game must be closed before sending over the cheat file, if your game is still running then it has your old file still in use.

This WILL NOT affect your game progress at all, if you have not yet started a game, start a new game, save then close the game first.

I might add other variations at a later date.

NOTES:
Max Dark Souls will let you open any Shadow Gate which will affect the storyline if you access areas before you have collected the right amount of souls to open the Shadow Gate, so use at your own risk.

Do not open Shadow Gates unless you have the correct amount if you plan on playing for the storyline (you can view your total Dark Souls in the pause menu).

L'Eclipse Codes: if you enable all three at any point of the game and visit liveside it will skip to near end of the game.

make sure your version is the same as above, base only, not tested or made for the update version yet.

but what codes are not working if you are on the base version - no update installed.

No I haven't, ive put them like this so bots can't scrape and steal.

The user can create the cheat file themselves, unless it becomes a long cheat list, then I may attach the cheat file, but that will be rare.

make sure you are making your cheat file like this.

in your cheat directory create a folder using the TID, then a folder called cheats, then a txt file using the BID.

Then your cheat list needs to have [ at the start of the cheat name and ] at the end, example:

[Infinite/Max Health]
cheat code

They should work because they are all in MAIN not HEAP.

what directory are you saving them into?

atmosphere\contents\TID\cheats\BID.txt

TID = Title ID
BID = Build ID as a txt file
