Hacking Question Setup Emunand

Pretty generic thread title. Sorry.

As far as I know I I'm not banned.
I use Incognito and Atmosphere as my CFW. I have many games/homebrew/sysmodules etc installed.

Is it possible to easily setup emunand but also keep all my stuff without deleting everything?

I just want to play f2p titles online. Without getting banned.

You need a clean NAND backup in order to go online.

a question I have sx core with emunand created, I always have it enabled tabto if I enter cfw or ofw, is it correct? or do I have to disable every time I enter ofw?

If emuMMC is enabled, you will always boot into it. And you cannot boot into OFW with emuMMC; only CFW. In order to boot OFW, you have to manually boot into it.
