I think someone did something like this a while ago but I forgot its name, so i made my own fork of Atmosphere's Haze in form of a sysmodule.
Just connect USB whenever you want and you have access to sdcard.
Added also option for defining custom partitions.

Doesn't conflict with homebrew, when some homebrew tries to estabilish its own MTP connection sysmodule will close its own connection.
It's using 2x smaller buffers than USB Transfer Tool, so it may have slower speeds. But this is more targeting people who want to transfer some small stuff pretty often without accessing wifi.
