Series x dev mode connection issues...

Well like the title says i enabled dev mode. Connect it to my network and set up username/password. Type in my address http://192.168.1.5:11443 in my computer and enter. At first it would time out so i reset my modem, router, and xbox. Now i get the unsecured connection page. Hit connect anyway and get error connection reset. No matter what i do i cant get my browser to connect to xbox. Anyone have any ideas. Tried searchin on google but couldnt find anything that helped.

Using windows 10, and tried firefox, chrome, and edge browser.

Edit 2...anyone as dumb as me make sure you put https:// not http:// god stupid problem easy fix
