Hacking Semi-bricked wii?

Hey guys,

I've got a softmodded Wii on 3.4U. I've never accessed the settings before, but I tried them today, and I get an Opera error page:

"you tried to access the address marc:FIX/US/ENG/index01.html which is currently unavailable"

Has anyone got any ideas on how I can fix this?

Sorry, but how would I do that? I've just now finished offline updating to 4.1U, but that hasn't seem to fix the problem, as the same error comes up again!
