sega teasing shenmue 3 (3ds/wiiu)?

i think Sega may be teasing to release shenmue 3 on wii u or 3DS.
a while back i saw this post. which indicated that shenmue 3 was in development for DS.

then i see this post, showing shenmue 3 on the license plate of the car in sonic all stars racing. so far sonic all stars racing is only on wii u & 3DS. (edit: also on ps3/360/ios/android)

what do you guys think?
& if this is true would you rather have it on 3DS or wii u?
i think since the Dreamcast had the VMU on the controller wii u would be the closest experience, also the graphics would look nice, but the 3DS is also a dual screen experience & they did have it in development for DS in the past so would it come to 3DS?

hmm for some reason i an remember it coming to wii u 1st then 3ds, ps3, & 360 later maybe its just me.
your right tho it came to wiiu/ps3/360 & then came to 3DS later, & it was just released on android/ios.
