Sonic Origins being the disappointment it was made me go and download the Android apks of Sonic 1-2 and CD, but what's more, the Sonic 3 A.I.R. version is also available for Android so folks can play the entire experience free of charge (if they had the Genesis collection part of their Steam account as it's needed for the A.I.R. patch).

Just moments ago, I was playing Sonic 1 and the underwater stages did not get any better, they were in fact as dreadful as when I played them when I was a kid. That aside, love the remake all in all.
Who'd think after all these years that gamers would go back to a 2011 release when there's a newer one, yet inferior. Hopefully Sega will fix Origins' issues and then become the definitive one.
