Hardware Second Wiimote keeps resetting

Hi,

I synchronised both Wiimotes in the home menu, but every time we play certain games such as Pro Evolution 08' or Top Spin 3, the second Wiimote disconnects once the game is about to start. Some games have a synchronise section in the actual game, but even that doesn't work. That only works with Wii Sports. Does anyone know how to permanently synchronise both remotes?
