Hardware GBA SDRAM Test error | Supercard GBA

Hi everyone! I have a SUPERCARD like this one:

Pressing L+R on boot and doing the test, I get:

Test SRAM
SRAM ok!

Test sdram
sdram error:

Now SC Version: 1:85

When I try to boot any game (patched with Supercard software in order to get those 3 files for a single rom) I get blank screen after loading the rom.
I tried 3 different sd card, 1gb, 2gb and another 2gb. All of them formatted FAT16 64kb cluster

Any way to fix this?

I SOLVED the problem simply replacing the same SUPER SD CARD with another one on amazon.

SDRAM chip died. It needs to be replaced. Same problem happened with my cart. I replaced the chip yesterday and it works fine now.
