Just put into a .RAR file onto github for whatever reason? Why is this even marked as a release?

Looking over the single main.c, all it does is print out the current directory contents. That's it. It's not a file browser if all it can do is dump the current directory to console and then exit. It's a hello world, copied from the examples.
