Many of you have been asking if a plastic housing case would be possible.

In most cases, no... it all depends on the thickness of the PCB board.

The adapter I am currently using is a 1.0mm pcb and ordered from Aliexpress.
This is what it looks like:

**NOTE: Some of you been asking me the quality of this PCB, some believe the soldering job is really bad, but if you look at my images posted below with the cover, you can see the solder points are clean (I will post clearer images without the tape over it) I bought 3x, and they all look the same. I did pay 10$ though (each)**

Since I do not have a 3D printer, I had to improvise.
This is not a complete casing, in order to do that, we would need a thinner PCB.. or smaller component (micro sd slot)

I had a used gift card laying around, and it had the perfect thickness.
Cut it to shape, tape it with some clear tape and also covering the solder joints in the back.
Also, had to file the 2 black round plastic stub on the back of the micro sd reader.

As you can see from the 2nd image, its a perfect fit.
And pressing on it, will seat the adapter, and pressing it again will activate the spring loader and pop the adapter out. (There's a clicking noise

If any of you have created something similar or printed something, please post them here ;)

Seriously that's amazing. Cheap and very easy to do. I will def have to try it when mine comes in this week! Thank you for the clearer images!

Just be careful, I tried to make another with cleaner cut.. and got it stuck in the vita... had to pull it out with tweezers.

Now I am unable to get the spring loader to work again.... probably best to wait for a 3D printed solution, or keep trying till you have the perfect size.
