Hacking SD cards maybe a problem?

I am just thinking.
If someone copied his VC game into a SD card and copied the SD card into a .rar file.
And then sent it to another person and then he puts the thing on his SD card and then would he be able to get the VC game copied from the SD card and then the VC games could be copied and made backups of

I am NOT asking for any kinds of roms, VC games and so on i am just asking if this is posiple.
