Is it ok to copy a9lh.bin to the CTR NAND with FBI for SD-cardless boot?
but the bin file is called arm9loaderhax.bin
Ik a9lh shortens the word arm9loaderhax.
ive seen this before, but then if you do boot with sd-less method, does it just load like a home menu fresh or with your stuff installed on? Oo
it loads as "fresh".the only game that was "installed" was fieldrunners which I bought from eshop, I had my reasons
Make sure you update your a9lh install too

If no sd is shown it loads like a regular homemenu without a sd card meaning dsiware, folders, and your cart are their and thats it.
Whatever is installed on the NAND. FBI GBA DSI games stuff like that. in case my sd card gets corrupted an is restoring 64gb i can play Virtual Consol or cartridges
so if i use A9LH with sysNAND, that means my stuff would load? Oo
No if you take out your sd card with arm9loaderhax.bin in your ctrnand your stuff won't show.
If no arm9loaderhax.bin is on sd but sd is in then you games should still show
aah ok thanks for clearing that up
CTR NAND is like 512MB lmao.
Thanks for linking that! I was able to update A9lh!
Ive used this for months now, no problems at all
I just did it following the guide and I am pretty pleased with the results
If you re-insert your SD after booting, your stuff should show up and be usable. Tested with ShadowNAND. I installed this new method, but haven't done anything with it yet, besides making sure it technically worked.
